Having social events outside of work is a great way for employees to interact and get to know one another. “Have people go out to lunch together once a month. This will help people feel less isolated during lunch time and can help them get to know each other” (Wiki How, n.d.). Bonding with one another outside the office and connecting with one another on a personal level is a great way to motivate your employees. This way they would look forward to coming to work and seeing each other knowing they have a relationship with their co-workers.
Once you have establishing a playful work environment, you will start to see employees being motivated to come to work and do their best as well as be more engaging in introducing their ideas and sharing their opinions more.
